May I tell you a little about how I chose to show up in this Life experience.
I say “choose” as the point of two paths has always been a very clear visual and sensory experience for me.
From a child I could feel the challenge of my inner being trying to stand up for my intuition and the other pull (from society, family, constructs) to just conform. When out of compliance or laziness I choose the other route I would get a clear signal, in one way or the other, that this was not my Truth.
This ability to observe my Being from a place of choice has been enormously helpful in guiding my Life Journey and opening the ability to Connect into Guidance. As my understandings of my own visceral markers were revealed to me, I began to “see” these in the Energy of others – and so awakened the gift of being able to see and interpret Energy.
Embedded imprints and trauma show up as clear signals and many of these blocks belong to Karmic, Ancestral and Energy imprints that often have confusing connections to this Life Journey. Clients often encounter this as a ‘sense that makes no sense’.
Our ability to clear these stopping points is possible and I believe this is one of our major Life Purposes.
I have seen miracles unfold in people’s lives once they have cleared and released these stagnant imprints. For me, this IS my ‘reason for Being’ – raison d’etre – to help others to step into their life in a clear way, with lightness and a sense of contentment, fulfilment so that they can begin to experience their Life Journey on purpose, with ease and flow.
Just being here we offer into this Life Journey our Uniqueness so that we can be more present in Presence and leave a legacy that is of value to this World.
Remember who you are and BE the Gift.

Choose and Choose Well
Our life Journey shapes our path and
who we tell the world we are.
From a world perspective here are my indicators ...
My first work role was that of a teacher and I specialized in Pre-Primary, working with children in educational settings.
From South Africa, my husband and I moved to Colorado where I worked in a nation-wide educational program to uplift families through education. In this role as Site Director I witnessed great social and personal trauma in many of those with whom I worked. I was guided to study further and added a Masters Degree in Clinical Counselling and Social Work to my list of pursuits.
A deep fascination in working with End of Life awakened and I volunteered with Hospice.
More guidance led me to study Integrated Healing Therapy, giving structure to that which I already knew.
The shaping for what is to come was very much in place.
When we moved back to South Africa to assist my family with my Mom's end of Life journey, the pieces began to come together.
It amazes me how intricately our lives are woven.
And now, I find myself in the delight of this Life with a perspective that is Unique to my Journey and Gifts of Energy Awakening that infuse every moment of my life.
I offer this insight and guidance with great respect and love to those who care to seek their Higher Self and show up in the world ready to leave a legacy that resonates in the energy of Thriving.
