Let us see our connections in a whole new way.  Noticing that every connection is just that - a connection.  We give ourselves permission to not place labels of disregard, hate, anger, fear, shame, blame and self-judgement in front of that connection. Standing in a neutral space with what is and what has been, we can disconnect the labels that distort our perceptions and our experiences.  Holding a new field of awareness we step into our courage and strength as we heal that distortion of pain.  

​As we bid farewell to 2020 and the year of immense transition, we gather our awareness towards the impact points of expansion.
We harness our Energy Field and illuminate the path ahead with deep assurance.
We hold the inner confidence gained as seekers and travellers of Light and Love.

My Treasures, here is the meditation we did on the 21st December 2020 to activate and align our Energy Field as we stepped over the threshold. 

​The pathway that is familiar was created by someone ahead of us in time who took the first meander along this way.
That soul had to pay attention and create that route. Now we walk along the path somewhat unconsciously, with little consideration to our Truth.
Let us stop and begin to see and choose again.

Joy Truscott and Friends gather every second week to hold Gracious Space. The meditations that result are channelled from Guidance. Sitting alongside another and seeing the view that is a unique advantage from their position, I begin to see again. I can examine my own interpretations, perceptions and beliefs as I see another viewpoint that informs me in a whole new way. We deepen into this idea and ask that we can release the low vibrational field of energy that is restrictive, condemning and reliant upon the agreement of another. It is possible to see and allow for the reality of another and perhaps this could be a gift to us.

​When we begin to operate this system that I call "me" in a way that supports our own life, we find the tweaks and adjustments that bring us into an inner frame of harmony and compassion.  Bringing in a small adjustment that guides us to seek more delight in our life is one of the mechanisms that will bring enormous benefit to our Life Journey.
